Headaches and Migraines

Osteopathy can be a beneficial option for people who experience frequent tension headaches or migraines and are looking for a non-pharmaceutical approach. It's also useful for those with cervicogenic headaches or neck-related pain.

If you experience:

  • Frequent headaches or migraines
  • Tension in the neck or shoulders
  • Poor posture or spinal misalignment
  • Difficulty finding relief from medications

An osteopath may be a good choice to help manage and alleviate your symptoms.

Sports Injuries

Osteopathic treatment is a powerful tool for managing and treating sports injuries. It works by focusing on the connection between the body’s structure and its function, helping athletes heal by addressing the root causes of musculoskeletal imbalances that often contribute to injuries.
